Digital Marketing and Events Intern/Executive

CorporateLeaders has two divisions: CorporateLeaders business network, an exclusive independent network providing membership services, events, research, thought leadership to senior executives across Europe; and CorporateLeaders Communications, a B2B marketing agency helping marketing and sales increase revenues and market share by developing lead generation and qualification campaigns, increasing and improving brand awareness, and enhancing their customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Management of client campaigns (events, content campaigns, lead generation campaigns, digital marketing, and other marketing activities)
  • Market research paired with trend analysis to support strategic formulation of client campaigns
  • Development and implementation of sponsorship programs based on strategic directions set
  • Database building both from a delegate and potential speaker standpoint
  • Development and execution of marketing plans (including delegate acquisition, production of promotional material, and operational management of events)
  • Managing the CorporateLeaders website and newsletter
  • Digital marketing strategy from content management to increasing social media presence (posting and pushing content on social media)
  • Creating and managing digital inbound marketing campaigns for CorporateLeaders


  • Experience and interest in digital, marketing, lead generation and communications
  • Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent research skills
  • Excellent project and campaign management skills
  • Stress-resistant, dynamic, creative, resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to take initiatives, prioritise and work under set deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (other languages are an asset)
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Desirable skills: knowledge of HTML, InDesign, Photoshop, and HubSpot
